My Story

Hi, I’m Hannah — I cover party food and entertaining here at Party & Beyond.

My love for hosting started at a friend’s housewarming in college, when I built my first charcuterie board at midnight and watched it disappear in twenty minutes. I realized something that night: the food doesn’t just feed your guests — it sets the entire mood of the party.

Since then, I’ve planned and catered six family Thanksgivings, three baby showers, two engagement parties, and one chaotic 4th of July cookout for 32 people. Every event taught me the same lesson: the best party food looks impressive, photographs beautifully, and lets the host actually enjoy their own party.
